Never again am I buying from this third party!!!

Never again will I purchase anything from this third party! Not only did this seller REFUSE to honor a price adjustment, one day after the purchase, when this item had still not even been shipped, so well within the 10-day adjustment period. But they ALSO sent me the wrong item! I ordered beige/khaki, and this sent me this disgusting, pastel light beige ðŸ¤® NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible Customer service NONE

needed to return one pair after purchasing two pairs for size they were not available in the store to try on. Iâ€™ve had no luck in reaching this vendor. Macyâ€™s wonâ€™t return them since itâ€™s a third party, now past 30 day window, even though I tried returning to Macys within the window, their system was wrong, customer service 800 # said I still had time to return. This vendor, Rag Co does not return emails, Macyâ€™s customer service no help at all either, will not purchase anything from Rag Co again, but booties are stylish.

Color is off

Amazing deal. Boots are well made, very comfortable and stylish. The only thing Iâ€™m disappointed with is the color, itâ€™s off. Theyâ€™re advertised as deep red and they look reddish on the online picture BUT the true color is Burgundy thereâ€™s no red in it at all.

London rag lace up ankle boots

I absolutely loved these boots as soon as l put them on. They are more comfortable then more expensive one's that l have purchased. I was expecting them t o feel snug and needed to be broken in but it is not needed.
