What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is a secure and convenient payment method and also checkout solutions for customers. It offers a seamless and efficient one-tap checkout process for online purchases.
One of the key benefits of using Shop Pay is it offers the option to split purchases into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments.
How do I use Shop Pay?
Add your favourite to cart and checkout as normal. At checkout, choose the Shop Pay payment method. You will be directed to the Shop Pay website to register and provide payment details. If you've used Shop Pay before, just log in to your Shop Pay account. Then complete your order!
How does the Shop Pay payment schedule work?
With Shop Pay, you get the option to split the cost of the purchase into multiple payments. If you opt to use Shop Pay can make four interest-free installments, or monthly installments spread across 12 months. However, Shop Pay installments only apply to orders between $50 and $3,000.
What if I can’t pay a Shop Pay Installment?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. We encourage you to use Shop Pay responsibly. When will my items be delivered if I use Shop Pay?

Can I use another form of payment with Shop Pay?
Yes, you may also use our promotional and personalised codes with Shop Pay to pay for your purchase.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Shop Pay?
Items purchased with Shop Pay follow our standard return process. Please note, refunds for Shop Pay purchases will be refunded from londonrag.com to customers. They will need to keep paying their installments as they have opt for their payment options. You can view the details by logging in to your Shop Pay account.
