**To provide you with the most value for your purchases, we keep our international shipping and handling fees to a minimum. However, items that are shipped from overseas and above, a set amount may incur non-refundable International Handling Fees, Duties & taxes.
Orders can get delayed due to customs regulations and check.
1. SHIPPING
Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, orders may ship in multiple packages
Shipping charges will be calculated on checkout.
2. TERMS AND CONDITION FOR SHIPPING
- The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although We have made every effort to display and print the colours of the Products accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colours of the Products that will be delivered to you.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and We cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
- We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. If you use the Products for any commercial, business or resale purpose, We will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated.
- Products cannot be returned in exchange of cash or credit if they are on sale. The products will be exchanged only if wrong size or damaged piece was delivered to the customer from the warehouse. London Rag will take full responsibility if the product received was not up to the delivering standard according to our company policies.
3.1 SHIPPING IN ASIA
Your order will ship with Standard Shipping and normally on the same day if received by our 2:00 pm local time (Monday-Friday). All orders placed after 2:00 pm (PST) will be processed the following business day. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You will be delivered an email as soon as your order is shipped out.
3.2 SHIPPING IN USA
Shipping Service: All orders will typically be shipped out same day if received by our 2:00 pm (PST) cut off time (Monday-Friday). All orders placed after 2:00 pm (PST) will be processed the following business day. US Ground orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive. You will be delivered an email as soon as your order is shipped out.
Note: National Holidays/ Weekends will be excluded for shipping day count. This means that the processing time for express orders will not include any non-functional business days, and may be affected by holiday periods.
Shipping fee and Sales tax will be calculated on merchandise subtotal. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Express Shipping for less than 2 days delivery cannot be committed, unless explicitly requested (Charges will be calculated separately in this case). There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer express shipping delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military bases.
4. SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Due to the fact that we ship certain products from internationally located warehouses, it is possible that your parcel may not arrive as a single shipment. However, we strive to ensure that your items are delivered to you in the most efficient manner possible, and products that originate from the same warehouse are packaged together.
SHIPPING CANCELLATIONS
Customers have a window of 2 hours to cancel their order after placing it. Once the order has been processed, cancellation requests will not be accommodated. If such a situation arises, please consult our Returns and Refunds page for further information or write us on: support@londonrag.com
Order Placement and Deliveries
Towards the best interest of the customer, we screen credit card payments for potential fraud. Delay in deliveries are caused mainly due to:
- Billing and shipping addresses being incorrect/ insufficient.
- Incorrect information about the name of receiver/sender.
- Insufficient information on additional verification of billing when necessary.
Additionally,
- Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped from our facility.
- Any changes or extra charges after shipment must be coordinated with the shipping company by the customer.
- During peak season shipping volumes, delays may occur, but we will keep you updated on any changes.
